Adding a user to Title/Lender Office

Instructions on how to add a notary to a title/lender office. 

This will be the same for each, with the exception of the OfficeType: whether that is Title or Lender.

Title Users: 

Step 1)

Navigate to the user's Profile Settings/Title Office

*Note* Only a manager of the Title Office can add a notary or title user to the Title Office.

The manager list will be located below the search fields. 

Step 2)

Select either notary or title user (whichever applies) and then click the plus icon

Step 3) 

Type in the user email address. 

Once you have located the user, click Add. 

Step 4)

The user will now show up in the proper list.

Adding a user to the Lender Office

Step 1) Ensure you are in the lender office (top right of the screen)

Step 2) 

Navigate to the user's profile settings/Lender Office
*Note* Only a manager of the Lender Office can add a user to a Lender Office.
*Note* The user must already have the Mortgage Lender product code for this to be visible.

Step 3)
Select the plus icon to add a new lender user 

Step 4) 

Search for a user's email.

Step 5)

Find the user in the list and then select Add.
