1.       Can anything be downloaded or printed off the platform (e.g. notary journal entry) for paper records?

Notary journal entries can be downloaded or printed, but the journal entries will always be available in Simply Secure Sign.  Closing documents can be downloaded and printed and will be removed 45 days after the package is completed.

2.       Is the video of the signing stored on the computer hard drive or in the platform?  If it is stored on the platform, how long is it stored? 

The video is stored on the platform in compliance with all state laws.  Simply Secure Sign stores the videos indefinitely in the notary journal.

3.       Can the notary add notes to a digital journal entry?

Yes, the notary can add comments at the end of the closing to each individual notary journal entry.
